Shipping & Handling Time

 Domestic (USA) Shipping & Handling Time:

  • All orders are processed & shipped typically within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Customized items such as shafts requiring assembly with an adapter & grip, please allow up to 5 business days to build your order custom to your specifications.
  • Custom built golf clubs (Drivers, Fairway Woods, Hybrids, Iron Sets, Wedges, Putters, etc.), please allow up to 5 business days for our club builders to assemble your clubs custom to your specifications.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that overnight shipments may arrive in 1-2 business days, and 2-day shipments may arrive in 2-3 business days. Shipping times are for business days only and do not apply to weekends or holidays. Expedited shipments are also subject to our standard handling times. 
  • If the item you ordered is backordered, you will be contacted by a member of our team giving you an estimated time frame on when the item will be available & giving you the option to remain on backorder or to cancel & refund your order.
  • *Free domestic shipping $99+ only applies to the lower 48 U.S. states. Hawaii, Alaska and all other US territories are subject to additional shipping charges. Certain overweight items may also be subject to additional shipping costs at our discretion. Only applies to retail accounts, wholesale accounts are excluded. In addition, certain products are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer, and are subject to their own individual shipping charges.
  • The Golf Club Trader reserves the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion for any reason; including but not limited to: suspicion of fraudulent activity, shipping address not serviceable, item out of stock, pricing error, etc.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

      International Shipping & Handling Time:

      • Shipping rates to countries outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout as well as any applicable duties and/or taxes. 
      • Our domestic handling times also apply to international orders, however international shipping speed can vary based on the carrier and customs clearance.

      Customs, Duties and Taxes

      • The Golf Club Trader is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed before, during, or after shipment of your order are the responsibility of the buyer (VAT, duties, taxes, customs fees, etc.).
