Fujikura Irons Tip Trimming Instructions:

In general, tip trimming can be used to achieve a stiffer shaft profile, lower launch, and/or lower spin. Tip trimming 1“ is equivalent to one flex. For example, if you wanted to stiffen your S flex to an X flex then you would tip trim 1”. If you prefer to play shaft in between S and X flex, you would tip trim 1/2”.

Fuji Tour Spec 115i

Highly underrated graphite shaft for hitters. The Fuji 115i Tour Spec is a sleeper shaft used by none other than Brooks Koepka in his 3 driving iron for decades. Fuji set out to design lighter, faster higher performance X100 shaft in graphite. If you are a fan of the Dynamic Gold X100 as are most on the PGA Tour, but wanted a little more speed and vibration dampening, than the Fuji 115i is your shaft.

Does your tip prepping include getting the tip from 370 Down to 355 ?

Hello, the tip prepping includes tip trimming per manifacturer reccomendations and also tip prepping (sanding) to get them ready for install. We would not reccomend sanding a .370 tip down to .355, instead you should ream out the hosels of your irons to a .370 and install that way.
