VeloCore Technology is the engine that drives AXIOM iron performance. Comprised of a long parallel (#2, #3, #4), a mid parallel, (#5, #6, #7), and a short parallel (#8, #9, W), AXIOM allows for more versatility in design and material integration versus a single blank iron shaft.         Great Iron Shafts

        I moved to graphite because of some arthritis. The Axiom has been consistent and stable and does exactly what I ask of it. They are pricey, but worth the money in my opinion. No more hand and elbow pain and the ball goes where I want it. It is a win-win.

        Axiom 75 S Graphite Shaft

        Great looking and solid performance. Changed out my steel 120 gram stiff shaft for this graphite one, and it has made a huge difference in a much softer feel and a much tighter dispersion! Highly recommend!

        • Which country is the Golf club Trader shopping from?

          Hello, we are based in the United States. 

        • I have a 18 degree Srixon MK II Utility iron with a X Flex recoil dart shaft. I dislike like it very much because it feels boardy and not responsive. I’m torn between the MMT UT and Axiom shaft. If you could provide any insight between the two that would be awesome. Another question I had is the MMT comes with tip trimming but I don’t see that option on axiom, is the axiom not meant for a utility iron?

          Hello, the MMT, Axiom, as well as the Graphite Design Tour AD are all excellent choices for a driving iron.  The right shaft for your swing will really vary from player to player and depend on certain factors such as speed of transition, attack angle, launch angle, spin rate, etc. From personal experience in the "feel" department the MMT plays a little "tight" which benefits players with a fast transition and want a shaft to hold up under fast swings, however if you are looking for a shaft that feels "smoother" while still giving you that nice penetrating ball flight, then the Axiom or Tour AD will both be good options.

        • I am replacing my 4 n 5 iron shaft and noticed the shaft spec length is longer than standard. A standard 4 iron graphite shaft is 38 3/4. This spec shows 39 1/2. Please advise.

          Hello, the shafts can be shipped out brand new uncut.  You would install into the heads and then cut to your desired playing length

          Hello, yes they come .355 taper tip from the manifacturer. Axioms first came out only .370 and then .355 became available this year.
