 Domestic (USA) & Canada Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Customized items such as shafts requiring assembly with an adapter & grip, please allow 3-5 business days to build your order custom to your specifications.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • If the item you ordered is back-ordered, you will be contacted by a member of our team giving you an estimated time frame on when the item will be available & giving you the option to remain on back-order or to cancel your order


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
