Warranty & Claims
Most shafts are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Coverage periods vary by manufacturer.
Purchased through an authorized dealer. Since your shaft was bought from us, we'll submit the warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf.
What you'll need to get started
Photos
Three clear pictures; one of each:
- The full shaft, showing the graphics & flex
- A close-up of the break
- The serial number (usually under the grip, on the butt end of the shaft)
What Happened
A brief description of how the break occurred.
Proof of Purchase
Your date of purchase and order number.
How a warranty claim works
Send us your details
Email us your photos, a description of the break, and your date of purchase and order number.
We open the claim
Once we've received everything, we reach out to our manufacturer rep and start the process for you.
The manufacturer reviews
The manufacturer evaluates the claim and decides whether to approve or deny it. This decision is entirely theirs.
If approved, we rebuild & ship
We assemble your replacement shaft with an adapter & grip and send it back to you. A small warranty replacement fee applies (see below).
The decision to approve or deny a warranty claim is made solely by the manufacturer and is entirely beyond our control.
If a claim is approved, a small warranty replacement fee applies. This covers minor expenses such as inbound & outbound shipping, assembly of the shaft with an adapter & grip, and any fee imposed by the manufacturer.
