Most orders are shipped out from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days. Orders that require customization including assembled driver, fairway, or hybrid shafts please allow up to 3-5 business days for your shaft to be professionally built to your exact specifications. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail which typically take 3-5 business days to arrive from the day they are pickup up by the courier.
Yes, you can pay for 2-day or overnight shipping please send us an email to get a shipping quote and for us to send you an upgraded shipping invoice.
We ship to many countries outside the U.S., for your convenience shipping and any applicable taxes and duties will be charged at checkout. The price you pay will be the final cost, no hidden fees, and no surprises.
We are located in South Florida. We ship most orders from our South Florida warehouse, however certain items are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer.

Sales tax is subject to the tax code of your state, city or county. Please note that we cannot change the sales tax being charged in the checkout process.
