Hello. What is the weight for the A flex and for the R flex ? Is it the C6 black model or the KuroKage model as on the picture?

Hello, the weights for each flex can be found in the spec table located on the shaft listing page just under the description. And the picture displayed is the Kuro Kage iron shaft.
Is this a unitized shaft or a tapered?

Hello, this is a .370 parallel tip iron shaft. They come raw uncut at 42" in length and them you tip trim based on the club they are being installed into.
