        Great selection and Service!

I purchase 100’s of shafts per year for club builds and I decided to give The Club Trader a try. They were the only establishment that had what I needed at a fair price. Very smooth transaction and super fast shipping (free by the way) I look forward to buying many more items from them. Thank you!

        From "Oof" to "Nice!"

I play the Ping g440s. I had the Ping AWT/R 72g shafts on them. It was from a fitting suggestion. I felt, in my heart, that I wanted stiff shafts! Most fitters said my current set-up was great. But, I put a Ventus Blue stiff 65g shaft on my driver and started hitting bombs. So, I looked and found the Ventus Axioms - 75g. I ordered the 5i-PW. Had them put on and thene proceeded to play. The first few times I thought, "what the **** did I do!? I ruined my game. I should have listened." But then, I said, "No! I'm going to figure these shafts out." And, I did! I had to adjust my swing a bit (thank you Sim pass!) but my control is much better and my distances increased by 10 yds across all clubs with the Axioms. Hence, Oof to Nice!

        Axiom 105S - Great Shafts!

I got a set of taper tip Axiom 105s shafts from Golf Club Trader. They shipped immediately and got them within a few days. In less than 5 days from my order I had them glued up in my T100s irons and ready to play. Such a great shaft!

        Iron Shafts

Great communication, easy to buy and do business with, and delivered product as promised. Simple yet most companies in 2025 don’t do this very well. Golf Trader did, Cheers

        Fujikura Axiom Shafts

Amazing shafts. Delivery was split into 2 shipments which was not expected as when I ordered they were supposedly in stock. Also had to call to get initial shipping update. Otherwise everything was fine.

        Ask a Question
        • I have a 18 degree Srixon MK II Utility iron with a X Flex recoil dart shaft. I dislike like it very much because it feels boardy and not responsive. I’m torn between the MMT UT and Axiom shaft. If you could provide any insight between the two that would be awesome. Another question I had is the MMT comes with tip trimming but I don’t see that option on axiom, is the axiom not meant for a utility iron?

Hello, the MMT, Axiom, as well as the Graphite Design Tour AD are all excellent choices for a driving iron.  The right shaft for your swing will really vary from player to player and depend on certain factors such as speed of transition, attack angle, launch angle, spin rate, etc. From personal experience in the "feel" department the MMT plays a little "tight" which benefits players with a fast transition and want a shaft to hold up under fast swings, however if you are looking for a shaft that feels "smoother" while still giving you that nice penetrating ball flight, then the Axiom or Tour AD will both be good options.

        • Hello. Do you have stocks of tapered 5-P and extra wedge shafts? I am visiting many sites but most of sites say it is backorder. I want to get them as soon as possible. Thank you in advance !

Hello, most Axioms we have in stock.  For specific inventory requests please send us an email and we can douuble check before you place your order: support@thegolfclubtrader.com

        • I am replacing my 4 n 5 iron shaft and noticed the shaft spec length is longer than standard. A standard 4 iron graphite shaft is 38 3/4. This spec shows 39 1/2. Please advise.

Hello, the shafts can be shipped out brand new uncut.  You would install into the heads and then cut to your desired playing length

        • Hi are these taper tipped from Fujikura? I wasn’t aware they made axioms in 0.355”?

Hello, yes they come .355 taper tip from the manifacturer. Axioms first came out only .370 and then .355 became available this year.
