The mid-launching, mid-spinning TENSEI™ 1K Pro Blue – built on the lessons learned from CK Blue and AV Blue – is the next step forward in our lineage of TENSEI Blue products.

TENSEI™ 1K Pro Blue incorporates super-premium 1K Carbon Fiber into the shaft’s material composition and uses our proprietary Xlink Tech™ Resin System to strengthen the shaft while improving feel. Built with a firmer handle section than its 1K Pro siblings, the new blue creates stability and feel in the butt section. This firm feeling in the hands enables more activity in the tip section to help the golfer increase ball speed. Everything to do with TENSEI 1K Pro Blue is designed to enhance the stiffness profile of the shaft to control curvature during the swing to improve club head speed.

Great friendly timely service

This is the fourth time I've used The Golf Club Trader to acquire shafts...Ryan has now provided me with shafts for my son's irons, gave good advice for a driving iron shaft, and now I've done my hybrids and this driver shaft through him. Can't complain, everything has come measured perfectly.

The shaft itself feels quite a bit more stout for me coming from a Diamana TB 50g (and a Diamana GT 50g) but does it ever pair nicely with a GT2 driver to deliver on-course success. While I'd love to attribute some of the success to the user, it's mostly properly matching equipment - the tip feels stiffer than stock Tensei blue, which for me is a good thing. I'm not the fastest out there any more, with driver between 95-100 mph on my great, confidence filled days, but even with a slower swing, I get reliable distance that resists adding too much dynamic loft (unlike the Diamana line). It's different horses for different courses, but if you struggle with excessive spin loft, even with a positive AOA on driver, might be worth talking to Ryan and seeing what he says...the stiffer tip has worked for me in dropping spin, raising distance and getting me into optimal launch conditions.
