never received the product and calls to request information were not returned.

The arrival date for the product was supposed to be june the third got confirmation from the post office that the product was delivered on 6 3 ,left in or by mailbox when Kem checked it was not there. It did not arrive until june 12th.

Great groove sharpening tool. My son loves it!
