  • Hey, I am thinking about using the 105x in a build for a cobra king forged tec copper 3i head. do you know if these have issues with swing weighting? I've read that the L series has some issues with an extremely light swing weight, but wasn't sure if how to best handle it for this shaft. Thanks!

Hello, I have not personally heard of these shafts specifically coming in at lighter swing weights, however there are a couple thing you can do during the build process to increase the swing weight.  Length is the most important factor for swing weight so you can play + 1/4" or + 1/2" since every 1/2" increases the swing weight by 3 SW points.  Also, you can try using a lighter grip, every 5g lighter on the grip increases by 1 SW point. Lastly, if you wanted to keep your standard playing length with a specific grip and the club is coming in a couple SW points lighter than you would like, you can simply add lead tape to the club head, every 2g on the head increases by 1 SW point.
