Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • Hello. Have I understood it correctly that you will tip trim a KBS MAX 80 shaft for a Pw 6 inches to get it to be S-flex (3.0 freq), then cut the shaft to length by trimming the butt section?

Hello, by selecting the "tip prepping & tip trimming" option on the shaft page we will tip the shafts per manufacturer recommendations based on the clubs they are being installed into and also tip prep the shaft tips as well.  You will receive the shafts ready for installation into the heads, and then once the epoxy cures you will butt trim the shaft to your desired playing length and then install the grips as the final step.
