Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Most orders are shipped out from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days.  Orders that require customization including assembled driver, fairway, or hybrid shafts please allow up to 3-5 business days for your shaft to be professionally built to your exact specifications.  Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail which typically take 3-5 business days to arrive from the day they are pickup up by the courier.

 

Q: Can I pay for faster shipping?

A: Yes, you can pay for 2-day or overnight shipping please send us an email to get a shipping quote and for us to send you an upgraded shipping invoice.

 

Q: I am located outside of the United States, do you ship to my country?

A: We ship to many countries outside the U.S., to receive a shipping quote please go through the checkout process and it will calculate the shipping cost based on your delivery address.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We pack & ship out all orders from our South Florida fulfillment center.

 

Q: Can I pick up locally to get it faster & save on shipping?

A: Yes, we do local pickup please contact us on the steps on how to place and pickup your order locally.

 

Q: How can I be sure that all the products are authentic?

A: We are an Authorized Online Dealer for all the brands that we carry and purchase directly from the manufacturers so you can rest assured that you will be receiving authentic merchandise 100% of the time!

 

Q: I don’t know what shaft I should buy, is there anyone I can speak with who can recommend the right shaft for me?

A: Yes, Ryan our founder & PGA Professional with over 15 years’ experience in club fitting, club building & equipment sales can assist you in choosing the correct shaft!

 

Q: I want to order a product but I don’t see it on your website, can your special order it for me?

A: Yes, we can special order any product available to us by the manufacturers in which we have accounts with, please contact us on how to complete your order.

 

Q: How can I contact you regarding my order status:

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Sales tax is subject to the tax code of your state, city or county.  Please note that we cannot change the sales tax being charged in the checkout process.

 

Q: How can I checkout?

A: You can add all items to your cart that you wish to purchase and then click on the cart icon located at the top right corner of your screen to view your items and follow the prompts in order to add your shipping address, payment info & complete your order.

 

Q: How can I modify my order after checkout?

A: Please send an email to support@thegolfclubtrader.com with your order # in the subject line and we will work with you to modify your order.
